I'd first look for loose or broken battery contacts.

you can install using java uploader but it's a quite hard procedure. better yet, try to upload using your wap. it'll cost you internet browsing but it's worth it. there are a lot of wapsites that give free jad games.

by the way, .jad files fit samsung phones the best.

have you dropped your phone on the floor?
if yes then you have dameged the sim terminals.

try to turn on without a sim or memory card.
if it turns on then try with another sim,
then try the memory card, if still problem persist you need to take it to a service centre.
i wont recommend samsung showroom. it will take more time.

check did you have memory card "bigger than 1 gb" installed
than remove memory cards,sim cards too

after removing its - start phone and perform full reset with code.

but in your phone it will look like *2767*---- after clicking # phone will start full reset

after that return your cards in phone and start using it as new one.

Now you'll need to reset the audio from the phone's advanced menu, follow the following steps.

1. reboot your phone.
2. type *#0523#
3. keep tapping # till you see audio, which should be no 8
4. press 8
5. you can either rebuild the audio or reset the various audio options.
