I turn on my cam and it says check cam it maybe is running on another programme. what do i do?

1st You download Webcam Driver.
my cam After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

If you go to your programmes you should see you web cam not knowing which operating system you have i cannot navagate you directly to it

some laptops call it cyberlink yocam or something like that just look in programmes for something to do with cam and you should find it then click on it and it should start


and if you search for it then right click and copy it then go to your desktop and paste it you could put a shortcut there


and if you are running windows 7 you could pin it to your taskbar if you wanted to

are you getting a spark at the points, remove the cap and look at the points for a spark there.
check that the rotor arm is turning it maybe your cam or belt that drives your rotor arm and pump has broke sounds suspect that there is not fuel also. check the fuel pump and see if it is pumping they are usually run off the same cam and timing. this maybe the problem.

Previously my webcom was connected to yahoomessenger But now when i want to use the same on yahoo messenger i am getting the display WEBCOM NOT CONNECTED. p lease help.
cek our USB (maybe not connect to our usb)
cek our control panel (is there any web cam there?)
basicaly the WEB CAM -if detetcted- will display at my computer as web cam (theres an icon webcam there, while u can klik it and displaying a tv monitor)
if everything like that, try to uninstall YM, restart our PC and then installing YM again

run it, then restart your computer, connect your cam open usb cam, to pc . open split usb cam in programme , open the icon , in all cam list choose usb cam and start ,you shall see your cam working.

Its recongizes the cam, but its a black image
if your cam is reognised it just may be a faulty driver, or the image display settings are too high for the cameras pixels so check the options. Other than that uninstal the cam software from add/remove programmes and remove cam from usb port, reinstall software and plug in cam again. Also check that the software being used is not being stoped by your firewall or internet security programme, as the software may have an updater running in the background and causing the software to run incorectly.

I cant see reason why changing a service provider would cause problems with your web cam, unless the software provided has a built in firewall/internet security programme and it is blocking any attempt your cam is trying to connect to the internet. If this is the case then there will be an options or preferences, or exception menu within it and make sure that the instant messenger programme you are using isn't being blocked. You may need to disconnect the camera and uninstall the camera software and reconnect and reinstall and see if the security programme pops up and advises you as to whether to allow it to run or not, but, if nothing shows try another instant messenger programme, preferably Windows live messenger, as this would be allowed and is compatable with most cams and other instant messenger programmes.

No sound+bad image quality
I would suggest uninstalling the software and trying you cam in a different usb port and installing the software again, but also check in the firewall allowed programmes for whatever IM programme you use. You can also have a faulty cam or faulty IM programme, so uninstall and reinstall the programme to illiminate it, and ensure you have a good connection as a slow connection causes problems along with running other memory and proccesor hungry programmes
