I have a fiji frontier

I have a fiji frontier 330 photo mini lab. The paper cassettes require paper condition up keep prints every 10 days normally. The lab no longer seems to be able to keep the update data and each time we change the cassette a new upkeep print is required to get acceptable results. This has jsut happened and the if the update print is not done the prints have a magenta or cyan cast over them
