I need to upgrade my Hyundai player model 98pro n. I connot use my cd with MTV concert. pls. help me to upgrade my unit thank you and god bless you.

I have a problem with my Hyundai 98premier. Iconnot play my DVD with MTV in my unit. hOW CAN iUPGRADE MY unit so that I can play and hear my MTV. thankyou and god guide you always.
