ok your ps3 was just resseting itself and sadly sometimes it does reset games aswell its nothing different thats happened to mine reset grand theft auto after i got all the way to the last mission very annoying your not the only 1 it happened to
Hi, i think where you buy the CDs from Tesco, are not OK,am sure they are the original version of that particular game (star wars). You can try another game store and get that particular star wars cd and install to be sure is not the lens of the game that is weak to play the game or the star wars cd is bad.
the blue ray lazer, witch playstation just recently upgraded is not working properly. This lazer still will read non blue ray discs but not blue ray. This happened to me and a cleaner will only work for awile if any. It sucks but you should go back to the store you bought it from and get a new one and hope its not a lemon.
the problem isnt your firmware its your umd reader inside your umd drive you or somone probably dropped your psp and damaged it so the psp can no longer read UMD's either get a new psp or replace your UMD drive thats all that can be done
