The eyepiece you focas thru

the eyepiece you focas thru will not let any image thru
it was working, but not now, the auto focas is working
but no image. it is an rca vhs camcorder model #cc412
and the serial # is 334440363 would appreciate information
on how to correct the problem. thank you.
would also appreciate information on new charger and
batteries.
