Better late than never, maybe can help someone with similar problem: On
an unlocked GSM phone, if you can't send pics via text, etc, be sure
you've got the correct Baseband Configuration Version file. These are
different for different carriers/regions. Find a friend with one on the
same network as you, if theirs works and yours doesn't download and
install the correct Baseband Configuration Version file.
I think when it goes to the outbox and stays there go to the outbox and send it from the there itmite save them to the outbox so u can send them through the outbox try to send them and when it says saved in outbox go to the outbox and try to send it again through that

have u contacted customer care of service provider?? It usually happens bcoz of network error.. Or put an another sim and try to send picture.. If you are able to send that pic then it will be a netwrok error.. or else reset ur phone settings..
you can only send picture message go to multimedia messages . insert the picture you want to send. and send the message to the number you want to. note that you will be charged as per service provider for special message.
To send pic msgs you need to have MMS activated on your phone. If it is activated then there is no way that you would not be able to send pic msgs.
Please contact the helpline of your service provider and ask them to activate the MMS on your number. When they do it, they will send a msg to you with the settings. Only after you save this msg that the MMS would be available to you on your phone.
the only way that i know of is to send them to your email and save them from there, go to msgs, click "new", then "picture msg", where is says "to" click "new #" then go to alphabetical or whatever and type out your email and it should send just fine if you attach a pic.... also you can send pictures to your phone straight from email if you attach it to the msg from your computer just send it to: <your phone number here including area code>@vzwpix.com ...hope that helped :)
Prakticam, unhelpfully don't have anything for their cameras more than a couple of years old and don't seem to care if you mislay the disc you paid for.So be warned, don't buy Praktica. I have the 5200, you have firstly to put your usb in computer, switch on camera, switch camera to view pictures taken mode, and because it auto switches to take picture mode you then carefully attach camera end into camera whilst camera is still switched on! Then go to my computer and click on F: the pictures download. Then to save them click on first pic, hold shift key down and then click on last pic they should all highlight, right click and then hover 'send to' and send by left clicking to my documents. I remember that it took me 4 hours to work it out. Found this looking for manual to download, cannot change date now......
K i gave in and called my service provider and they told me that my password was preset i had eventually just locked myself out.... simply call your provider and tell them you need your pic msg account reset and for them to send you your password
