I accidentally uninstall my webcam

hello..at first i wasss trying to figure out how to fix the webcam of the yahoo messenger.now,while i was trying to figure it out,i accidentally uninstalled my crystal eye webcam..my unit is acer aspire 5520.pls help me.

GuruThere is a driver, and an application available from Acer for this webcam, for each different operating system.
Goto:
http://www.acerpanam.com/synapse/forms/acerdrivers.cfm
And select your 5520. This will lead you to a PDF document with links to the pairs of driver/app for your operating system. If you have XP, Download the XP driver and the XP app and download them to your desktop.
Goto the control panel, and into the device manager, and make sure this webcam is completely uninstalled.
Then install the web cam with the driver. Use windows add hardware wizard.
The cam should then be available in all programs that support webcams.
