Numark HDCD1 Dual CD Player

I have a Numark HDCD1 Dual CD Player (hard drive) that comes on, but it freezes preventing the CD tray from opening or closing. I have a Cd that is stuck in there and i can't get it out.

What do I do. The warranty expired.
