i brought a computer from bestbuy and it was a display and know i cant get it to stop acting like it is on display and it wont stop changing my home page and my desktop photo please help

WizYuo need to reinstal the operating system, and then customise the settings. remeber to back up all your important data before reinstaling a new operating system
