Generic problem for all MP3 and Digital Media Players
My zen has frozen several

my zen has frozen several times before and have reset it with no problems after, but this time a rebuilding screen shows up which gets stuck 1/5 into rebuilding then carries on untill about 3/5 then stays there, please any help would be most appreciated.
