I have installed a logitech web cam, have checked in my programs and it is there, but it will not work, telling me no cameras installed when I try to turn it on.

when you installed it did you install it on all the accounts on the computer or just the main one. if you installed it on the main one and you want it on one of the others uninstall it, restart the computer and reinstall it on the main and make sure you allow it for the other accounts.
