Driver search- oteman plotter

I have a oteman dp-90 upright pen plotter/printer. My computer does not see it at all. I have not been able to find any support for this plotter for over 2 years, can you help?
Do I need to re figure the switch settings on the plotter as it is plugged into a com port with a new adaptor.
What generic drivers can I use for this? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
