Nikon Coolpix l11

I unplugged my camera from the usb and the lens didn't go all the way in before the camera shut off, when I tried to turn it back on a little red light kept flashing but nothing else would happen. That was yesterday, I tried again today and now the red light won't come on at all. Help?
