I've lost the instructions for my digital cardinal night light watch and now I don't know how to reset it.
Can anyone help me?

Hiya, I have same problem. I have a green Cardinal watch with lithium battery and three buttons marked 'mode', 'st/stp' and 'lap/reset'. Anyone know how to reset the time and alarm please. Logical sequences are not getting me anywhere!!!

Apprenticeremove the battery and put it back. timex instruction manual could help, quite the same. http://www.timex.ca/en/instructions/085Instr.pdf
