    Hey DUT,

I had the same problem and Suzanne helped me out by recommending the Timex manual. It was exactly the same so I now have a functionin Cardinal watch again. Hope you get yours going to.

    Cheers,Colin

Press and hold mode button, alarm time will flash. Press mode and reset buttons at the same time it will return you to regular time mode with seconds flashing. tap st/stp to set seconds. press rst/str minutes flash, press again hours flash. press set to exit to normal mode. the instructions I got with the watch were in chinese. whoever disigned this watch is a moron. I will never buy a cardinal watch again. why dont they put their instructions online like timex?

Have a Cardinal Stopwatch from which I removed the battery many years ago. Now I don't know what size battery it needs to get it going again. Can you help?

I have a Cardinal Stopwatch too. It's red and black, don't know the model # but the battery in it is a silver oxide cell GP 384. I'm sure if you took it to a jeweller you could find out the type of battery to use.

There will be a model and serial number on the case back. The numbers are small 1884 is the founding date of breitling and is on all backs. The watch is no doubt valuable, breitling watches retail from £1500.00.Most high streets will have a stockist and they will be happy to provide the latest price. If you need any repairs return it to a stockist when under guarantee or if out of guarantee see www.rolexrepairs.co.uk for expert repairs and servicing.
