It started by coming on and it had several colored lines dancing horizontally on the screen and would shut off. Then I unplugged the TV for a few days and it came on and worked for several days then the picture started deteriorating away it was being taken over by black fuzz. Now it turns on and off no picture. If it happens to be a controller or something can I buy these parts online?

It could be several things but I'd start with a main board, the fact its shutting off kind of drives me away from Tcon as that shouldn't shut the set down if there was an issue there, it also could be power supply, you could test the voltages from the board once it starts giving issues and if some are off then change the power board.
If your LCD TV or monitor has stopped working, or is displaying one of the following symptoms, then it's a candidate for some new capacitors
- Flickering screen
- Screen image disappears after several seconds
- Dim screen
- Slow start
- Power LED on, but no picture
- Unusual colors and/or lines
The primary cause of LCD TV and monitor failure is caused by faulty capacitors. You can examine the capacitors in your LCD TV or monitor and actually see if they are bad.
If they appear bulged on top, then they need to be replaced.
New capacitors will solve a host of problems in LCD monitors and TV's and will extend the life of your monitor or TV by several years.
Check the cables, connectors and connections.
Take it to a repair shop.

Click pictures and download and check if they have come out properly ...if the pictures have come out properly then there is a fault with your LCD Screen ..... And If the picture turn out to be having those lines ...then the CCd is faulty .....in both cases a repairman is recommended

If you are using original cartridges then there should not be a problem. The horizontal lines come from the cartridge. Can you pinpoint if it is a color or black line that is missing? My guess is that during the alignment procedure, you are asked to choose a number or letter that corresponds to picture of a the lines that show the best alignment. If you did this correctly, may I ask how many pictures you printed before seeing that line. Is it on the first print or 10th printing? Cuz if it is on the 5th or more full color picture, then the problem is that you you really have the wrong printer. The F380 capacity for printing full color pictures is miniscule. 1 ml per color. So usually after the 3rd color picture, the ink starts to run out. Let me know if this helps.
Usually that symptom is caused by cracked solder joints on the vertical output IC. As the IC starts heating up, the picture starts breaking up at the top with several "dancing" dark lines appearing, the top scrunches down and then when the vertical quits altogether, the screen goes completely black. A good slap on the side of the TV might make it happen faster or clear it up temporarily. If you have experience working on PC boards then you can resolder the pins of the vertical output IC but if you have never soldered parts on PC boards then allow a qualified tech to handle it for you.
Is there a menu check by holding down certain buttons to get a fault code?
