As of the moment there is no driver support for the Acer Aspire 4315. If you have already installed Windows 7 and you can connect to a cable internet through your Ethernet Port, you can try downloading and install Driver Genius Professional which can assist you in getting the compatible driver. Since this software can detect even unknown devices.
You can download all of them they will not install if the driver is not the right one. After download run it, the software will look for the device if it can not find it it will notify you stating "The device can not be found" if it is the correct one it will complete the installation.
After you open the link you will Under Ms windows Xp you wills see a box with this text "Drivers and utilities" beside that there is an arrow just click on that and you will see a list of drivers.Select the first camera one and you will get the instruction to download it.Similarly download all the drivers one by one then install it on your laptop.
