Question about Panasonic SV-SD75 MP3 Player

1 Answer

No device I had recieved panasonic a sv-sd75 player with the software for win98 and was happy with my product for quite some time. I have recently opgraded my computer to winXP and at first was not able to download the software back onto my computer, but that is not my problem. I found a download on the internet that let me install the software from the orignal CD. At first everything looked and worked right, but then when I went to put a new song on my SD player the appropiate option was not there. Normaly there were two options, 1) Pansonic Device SD Card (E:) and 2) Create CD. Now the second option is the only one that is there. I tried rebooting the computer, clicking the Refresh List butten, and unpluging then pluging the device back in. Can you help me?

For MP3 player SV-SD350V (Panasonic) The SD card Kingston 8GB cannot be detected by the program SD- Jukebox V5

Your MP3 player might not problably support sd cards which have more than 2gb. BTW, if you want to transfer MP3 files into the MP3 player, you're gonna have to install the software comes with the product.

The music player needs a dedicated software in order to function properly. It is called 'SD-Jukebox'. Download the zip file from the link below, extract it and run 'setup' file to install SD-Jukebox to your computer. Here is the link:

Why my laptop cannot read sd card or sv-sd350v

Dear balavuddh476,
The problem could occur due to a variety of reasons. Try one of these solution to see if they can help fix it:
  1. Have the driver for sv-sd350d have been properly installed? If not, try re-installing it.
  2. Have you correctly plugged the USB cable in? Maybe it is broken, misconfigured, etc.,... Try finding a new one online.
  3. Maybe the operating system doesn't support the device. In that case, try update driver or roll back to the recommended OSes that support the device.
If these solution won't help, it is recommended that you bring it to the nearest customer service.

Best regards,
TheJay

Connection

should have at least windows 2000 sp4 or xp sp1 as operating system. plug into usb port on computer while computer is turned on. computer should recognize and install it as mass storage usb device and assign it a drive letter. sometimes xp will recognize it as a panasonic mtp device. this doesn't matter, you can still drag and drop files on it through windows explorer file manager.

My Panasonic SV-MP010 writes WAIT when open!

The error is on the device or on the computer? If its the computer, try connecting it without the battery. If the device shows up, try formatting it. Best of Luck.
