X6dh8-g2+ no video continous beep

Hello here is the homepage:

http://www.supermicro.com/products/motherboard/xeon800/E7520/X6DH8-G2.cfm

Try to boot with only one stick of ram at the time, to find the failing ram module.

This is usually caused by a problem with the system memory, or possibly the video card. The memory is more likely--the system complains long and loud sound, if it can't find any usable memory, as there is no way to even start the boot process when this is the case. The motherboard itself could also be the problem.

The mainboard is useing Up to 16GB DDR2 RAM.

Try not to buy cheap ram, they are always failing.

Good luck

My computer always makes beeps sounds when i boot it up

Hi Daniel,

every computer has certain beep codes that indicate problems during the boot process. These codes are different from each manufacturer. You didn't mention which computer you are having, so I can't send you a solution. The best way is to search i.e. "HP beep codes" or "Dell9150 beep codes".

Let me know if you have any question.
Good luck!

Just try putting your memory stick 1 at time, then on the pc, check each memory likewise mentioned. If this dosn;t work, trying taking out all the hardware attched to the motherboard, including hard drive, cd-rom. Now just try with to on your motherboard with basic hardware, video card, single ram. Hope you will find the problem, isf it is mainboard...best of luck.

Lenovo s10 continous beeping on startup, unless when i press enter key it boots normally?

It must be a startup problem or a problem with hardware.

first go to your bios (when the computer logging on it should say to start F2 or DEL to acess the setup), in the bios go to boot order and make sure the first boot device is the disc.

If you continue with the same problem, try to take your computer memories (RAM) and clean them with a eraser before mount them again.

Severe problem, most likely with the memory. Try with another one.

Something has hung up. Try removeing hardware, ie... battery, cd drive, keyboard, etc... until you find the nonessential piece of hardware that is hanging up your boot process. (nonessential to the operating system)
