Question about Dell 0Y3740 Keyboard
Start your computer up with another keyboard attached to the computer.
Look at the cable of the keyboard, to determine which connenction it is. If the connector is round, then you need a PS2 keyboard. If the connector is a rectangle, you need a USB keyboard.
Connect the new keyboard to the computer and start up.
If the keyboard is working, then the old keyboard is defect.
If the keyboard is not working, then probably the connector or the mainboard of the computer is defect.
