Question about Cell Phones
My BT number is.My internal telephone is a Siemans Gigaset C590. A receiver and two sub stations.I am receiving no incoming call excepting messages directly to my answering service. No ringtones. Unable to make outgoing calls, no tone. Siemans suggest that you de-activate my mail box temporarily to clear the system ! I have attempted to speak to a human at BT but your system doesn't appear to allow me to do so. Can you help, please ? My mobile number. Thanks.
It seems your problem is related to both the line and with the phone. Since it's with the BT, I would suggest you to direct call or write BT and get their help, here's the number/s:
From a landline dial: 0800 800 150
From a mobile dial: 0330 123 4150*
Opening hours Monday to Friday 8am to 9pm, Saturday 8am to 8pm, Sunday 9am to 6pm
