Is it pulsating? If not then either you don't have enough suction or the diaphragm is bad or clogged. you said it was not clogged so check closely for tears. Very common to have a **** or tear next to or just below the plastic retaining ring that holds the diaphragm on the inner cassette tube. Also check and make sure there are no holes or breaks on the hoses. If this doesn't solve the problem let me know, these cleaners are very straight forward. Good luck!

My g3 is not working, took it to pool store and they replaced diaphram, but still not hopping or moving, suction is good but now movement.

There are a couple things to check with these pool cleaners when they stop moving. Use Pool Pulse to insure proper flow through the cleaner. Clean baskets and filter to ensure that you are not clogged. Check hose sections for leaks by lifting each section above water.

I have the zodiac g3 i hear it pulsating but i looks like it has too much suction and it gets stuck and does not move how do i adjust it

You need to use your pool cleaners flow gauge to test for proper flow. Keeping the hose submerged, attach the gauge to the hose and turn on the pump. The red indicator, when viewed from the side, should be at the 3 setting. If the flow is too low, check and clean the pool filter and baskets. If the flow is too high, verify that valves controlling the suction lines are in the correct position, change your flow setting on the Flow Keeper valve, or open the main drain slightly.

Check your pool cleaners hose to make sure that it is not becoming tangled. Storing the hose in a coiled position will cause this. If it is not moving and it is not the hose, you could have a leak in a connection somewhere. If the cleaner is getting adequate suction, it should be moving. Try adjust the hose weights to make sure the cleaner is at a 45 degree angle to the pools floor.

Moves very slow, 5 years old

With these pool cleaners, slow movement could be caused by several things. Try these troubleshooting tips. Check to make sure that all suction lines are closed except the line that you are using. Make sure that there is no debris caught in your filter or pump basket that could impede movement. Check your flappers for debris. Debris could impede water flow and movement.

My Baracuda pool cleaner doesn't work at all

While the cleaner is in the water, see if there is suction on the bottom of it. If not than you probably have a bad hose.(Broken) If there is a lot of suction then the diaphragm probably is either worn out or has a rip or tear in it.

My baracuda G3 stop working is not pulsating and therefore not moving. I checked the suction and the hoses even the diaphram everything looks ok.

If you have suction at the bottom of the cleaner, there has to be a problem with the diaphragm. I would remove it and recheck.

Suction is weak and the tips are up instead of staying down on the floor of the pool

if the suction is weak, first check that the filter is clean, if it is and the pressure is low, check the pump impeller. Debris can get past the pump basket especially if it is damaged and will restrict flow through the impeller. Also check the flow valve in the skimmer if you have an adjustable bypass type valve for the barracuda. If it's a flow problem, the pump and filter are the usual culprits. The most common problem with this cleaner is the diaphragm inside, sometimes they get debris stuck and won't move and sometimes the diaphragm gets deformed and quits or sort of works intermittently. Hope this helps.

Zodiac G4 will not move

Verify nothing is stuck inside the vacuum. Try adjusting your intake valves to reduce flow from your skimmer(s) and increase flow from the vacuum. Also, how old is the diaphragm inside the vacuum? Inspect it for rips and tears. Also, check the flex hose for rips and tears as well.
