Question about Keurig Platinum B70 Coffee Maker
I wrote this before I found the video at the end:
You should contact Keurig about this problem, because whatever the problem is, it's going to require disassembly and troubleshooting the problem. A sensor or switch could be faulty, a valve dirty/stuck/broken, the heating element open, or you could have a faulty control board. Sometimes it's something as simple as an oxidized contact on switches and wires, and simply disconnecting and reconnecting them can solve the problem. They don't make disassembly easy on most things since they really don't want you to fix it, and that's the rub. Sometimes they use security torq head screws to discourage home repair. Here's the contact number for them if you need parts or help, taken from wholelattelove.com
