IF it doesn't go away you have to take it apart as much as you can without unscrewing screws, and make sure there is noting anywhere stuck that doesn't belong there.

if you are outside of warranty or willing to void it at your own risk, find a set of screwdrivers and get to work..

if thats not something that you would do, after a full inspection with the power turned on, pull the power plug / turn off the power at the wall, wait few minutes and plug it back in and see if the error goes away.

You need to check first that the output drive semiconductors aren't overheating and malfunctioning, this indeed sounds like a thermal issue? If not that then check the motor, it maybe overheating? Also I am fairly sure you have a? bad battery, too, this is evidenced by what you relate and to how the battery acts when used and recharged. I suspect, that these batteries, well one or both have developed a "Memory" and as such are failing, to deliver full power and recharge properly. I think new batteries will make things work properly again.

Your battery has probably just reached the end of it's service life, or developed a memory after repeated chargeings without being fully depleted. All rechargeable batteries have an average maximum number of duty cycles. (drain and charge) If your charger has a deep cycle feature, try using this to completely drain and recharge the battery. If it doesn't, try putting it in your trimmer and locking the trigger back for a few hours, then recharge it. If neither of these work, it's time for a new battery. If you do get a new battery, be sure to COMPLETELY drain the battery before recharging by locking the trigger back every few uses to avoid developing a memory and help extend the life of your new battery.

I have an older Fasco stapler, it is orange in color. S3G 16 is number on it. The part that pushes out the staple has a piece of staple stuck in it. How can I get this out?

Some models have small screws on the face plate that can be unscrewed to release pressure or a spring clip to release. You can also push the plunger back into stapler with a thin narrow srewdriver, the staple may fall out.

I need to take my Nelson Rain Train apart and clean and grease it as it will not keep running it just slows down and stops. I need a break out diagram as to how to take it apart

its easy. remove the 5 bolts to remove the pastic gear housing from the cast iron, unscrew the top arm holder piece. put a standard large srewdriver into that hole to unscrew the brass piece inside there. comes apart. watch where the washers go on the brass peice when removing it.

Power failure for BOSCH PSR 1440 Drill

Usually the problem is in your battery, they develop a memory, they will only charge to a certain point. This can happen when the battery is recharged when it is not completely dead.
The key is to let the battery go completely dead, before recharging. I will wait till the battery is dead, then tape the trigger down and let the drill run till it won't move any more.
Sometimes you can reverse the battery memory, by doing the above, but when the battery is that bad, you might need to start with a new battery, and make sure it is completely drained, before charging it.
Wish you the best of luck.

Scooba not working after full recharge

NiCD and LiOn batteries have this tendency. They work great for a year, then slowly die off. The problem is you. When new, the device MUST be charged for 14hr nonstop, then every 2-3 months run dead, and recharged again 14hrs nonstop. This is done so the CPU of the Roomba (cool toy) KNOWS what DEAD is and what FULL is. It does this by measuring the amount of currrent flowing thru a very precise resistance. If you do hit and miss charge cycles of the roomba or leave it charging too long, it either develops a flase memory of the above two conditions, or gets HOT and the electrolyte paste dries out. Fix is to wear it out, charge 14hrs, wer it out againand repeat 3-4x. Then recharge and use. If that doesn't fix it, the batteries are too dried and need to be replaced.

Before we proceed any further, can you give me the make and model of the device? Please do not rate the solution yet! I need that info to troubleshoot..
