Leaks from bottom

My washer sat for a few years without being used so I had to replace both top hose washers. However, it leaks from the bottom and I'm not sure how to find where it might be leaking. I've removed the plate that covers the bottom but don't know what to do from there. Any advice? Thank you, Sandy
