Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

My product has expired and i have no keygen

Ah! keygens are illegal and a form of stealling money from software manufacturers. Go to Kaspersky.com and from the home users menu download a free 30 day trial. when that expires BUY a license onliine.
It's much better that Norton anyway.... :)

Hi there.

This is a common problem that I have found with installing Norton products. Did your system have a 90 day trial program? Even if you havre never used it, it will still be detected. Also, a normal deletion of Norton, either manually or via Add/Remove, does not completely remove Norton products.

Using this link:
http://service1.symantec.com/Support/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2005033108162039
download the Norton Removal Tool and follow the instructions. This will completely remove the Norton product from your system.

Restart your system and try again.

Let me know if it works

Installed Norton 2009, now only boots BSoD 0x00000024

1 delete norton from your hard
2 run tune up utilities 2008 and execute the registry cleaner
3 open the registry and search anything which have relation with norton for exp : norton 2009 enter
delete the left keys and search them by pressing f3 then delete
reboot the computer instal the antivirus and everything will be allright
rate this if its helpful ;)
