If we place paper in landscape position, the copy seems to get stuck and not roll out. You will have to forgive me but I don't know the terms. When we lift up the copier to clear paper jam, the paper is stuck and looks like ready to roll out but seems to not go through the "red box" it's like it gets stopped dead in it's tracks right at the edge and won't even be allowed to enter the "box" When we take out the jammed paper, the top half was copied but the bottom never made it through.
If we place the paper portrait wise position, not a problem. What's up?
The funny thing is, when we feed the paper in "landscape" through the side feeder, the paper flows right through! no jams or anything.
The roller may have something stuck in that area, something even as small as a peice of paper can continue to make it jam. if not, you may have to call the company to get a repair guy in... umm... or repairGirl?
