BURNING MY MOVIES TO A DISK (by 3 users)

I HAVE THE MOVIES ON MY COMPUTER AND WHEN I TRY TO BURN THEM TO A DISK IT ONLY WILL GO AS FAR AS 50 PERCENT THEN SAYS THERE WAS AN ERROR AND THE FILES CAN NOT BE SUPPORTED
I have the same problem.

Same issue here. If I don't figure it out soon, I won't be able to use the camera - the hard drive will be full ! HELP!!!

I have the Handycam DCR-SR45 and have the very same problem. It loads easily to my computer but the One Touch Burn quits when it gets to 50%. I don't know what else to try. There are no instructions at all in the manual.

Thanks for any help you can give.

search the sony website for support and downloads - it worked for me on the same problem with dcr-sr82.
