So we place the original in glass and align propery to letter size. However when the copy comes out SOMETIMES the edges are cut off from both top and bottom and when we look at the glass the little orange rulers are set to copy only "statement" area. We have tried turning off/on, the edge erase is NOT on, we tried pressing 100% copy but nothing works. And then again, sometimes after a few copies it's fine. What are we doing or NOT doing right? We have noticed when all 3 green lights are on for LT LT and APS the copies are fine, but SOMETIMES they are not all on, and when you press one the other goes off. Like I said, this ONLY happens ocasionally but when it starts it's so time consuming trying to figure out what to do. Especially when you are in a hurry to make the copies.
This copier was donated to our org. and unfortunately no manual was included.
Another thing, I already noticed how to disable energy saver mode, how do you turn it back on?

Re: Toshiba 2060 Edges of copies cut off
One the cassette drawer, there is a key that indicates the paper size. It is notched in a way to tell the machine what you have loaded. These notches engage a set of switches in the front of the machine, visible when the drawer is pulled out. What happens, is the friont of the drawer moves. It is screwed down in two places I think. Loosen the screws, and align it properly. It should be obvious, because you need to align it with the largest line in the index set. The front drawer plate is adjustable is what I am trying to say. The switches will engage properly, and all should be well!

As far as I know the Toshiba 2060 does not have an auto rotate function. This means that whatever drawer you pick to copy from is what the scanner will scan. To change which way you copy your sheets you will have to change the physical size of the drawer to copy the other way.
if you are copying through the feeder check the small glass under the lid has not got any typex or ink stuck to it you check by placing a copy on the glass under the lid and do a copy here.. if no streaks apear then check the glass area.. also if you are printing to it and no streaks appear this area is the cause.. if it happens on teh print side too then you have a drum /dev wear issue and it may need replacing.
Place the original on the glass.
1) Open the document cover and place your original face-down on the glass, in the upper left corner. Move your original about 1/10 inch away from the top and left edges so all of it will be copied.
2) Close the cover gently so you don't move the original .
Caution : Never open the document beyond where it stops and do not place heavy objects on top of the CX4600.
If you need to copy or scan a thick or large document, you can remove the document cover. Just open it and pull it straight up.
If you need to press the document flat while you copy or scan it, do not press too hard and be careful not to move it.
Caution : Do not use excessive force on the document cover, and do not twist it diagonally. You may damage the document cover.
When you are done, replace the document cover by inserting the tabs back into the slots.

The ON light flashes and after a moment the CX4600 starts printing.
If you need to stop copying at any time, just press the Stop button. Do no pull out paper that is printing, it will eject automatically to the output tray.
Hope this helps. Please rate my response.
Have a good day.
Notice where the metal retainer beneath the glass cuts off the view of your document you wish to copy and make allowances on your copy. Most printers disallow some portion of the edges of any document for handling the transport of the document through the feeder, or in the cases of contact copiers, a portion of the sheet as you have experienced, so that the edges need not be so carefully adjusted to avoid the dark line in edge copied formats.
Format all documents so that you do not need to copy the portion excluded.
Sometimes this can be accomplished by reducing the size of the document.
If you are using your All-In-One without it being attached to a computer and scanning a document that is getting cut off on the edges:
