I bought a Syvania 7"

> Is it possible for me to purchase those items from you?

No. FIXYA only provides "information", such as "access the web-site of the manufacturer of the computer, and click the SUPPORT hyperlink". You may either find a way to order "parts", or you might find the telephone-number of their Support or Parts department. With a credit-card, place an order for the "lost" parts.

Or, contact the hotel, to see if they have a "LOST AND FOUND" department,
and if your parts were shifted to that department, and if they will ship the parts to your current location.

Lost the set-up sheet for Canon MX-310 All-in-one Printer/fax/scanner. Do the telephone line go to the L slot or the slot with the picture of a phone?

Line from the wall goes to the L slot, the telephone goes to the other telephone slot, although you do not need a telephone for the fax to work.

Cannot send & receive fax messages

Your telephone line may have degraded.. It's quite common really, where moisture gets into the telecom cables.. Have you had a lot of rain lately? The telecom company can do a line test from the telephone exchange, if you request it.. But not always easy to arrange :-) - If you have the test done, you might have to remove all other extension lines off your main incoming line just for the test period.. Anyway, one test you can do yourself is to remove all other extensions off the line & move your fax machine to the main socket & plug it in there.. It might prove whether another telephone is causing a load problem.. Also, have you noticed a difference in the quality of voice over your telephone/s lately? Might be an electrical/electronic fault in one of the phones.. Have you purchased or installed any new phones or lines or modems lately? Maybe move the fax to the neighbors or a friends place, just for testing.. This will prove if it's the device or the line. Rgds,
