No sound when playing you tube video, have downloaded Flsh Player. CD work fine through Windows Media Player. HELP

Sound problem


reinstall your sound card driver using the driver cd that came with the system. download Media Codecs. if same hing happened. you an download VLC player to play you video file instead of using media player.

you need a codec to play the video and you can download windows media player codec pack and it should work.

My video won't show up on my computer


your media player is very ok... only is you dont have a support programs or plug-ins to view a video on it.. You said that is has a sound, of course it do but video is not there... Heres what you should do: download the software that help your media player to view a video on it. we call it a CODEC PACK, here is the link to download a codec pack www.k-lite.com, see for yourself. No support driver


This is not the fault of your CD/DVD-ROM.
This is the problem of video codecs that need to be installed to play the video.

Please download and install the file from

http://ftp.freenet.de/pub/filepilot/windows/multimedia/video/k-lite_codec_pack/klcodec470f.exe

This will completely solve your problems.

External speakers do not play


It is not an issue with the speakers or the sound card as you get sound in media player and also while playing cd's.
It could be the volume settings on the player tht the websites use to play the audio or the video,
