GuruThe audio installation is bit tricky but the best solution i have found is as follows:
Download Realtek HD Audio driver for Windows XP from this link: http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=14&PFid=24&Level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false
Check "I accept to the above" in Realtek page.
Once the page is reloaded, Click on "Next" button.
Download either the zip version or the exe version.
Install this driver.
Once it is installed. Windows will pop up "New Hardware Found" wizard.
Select the option, "Yes, this time only" or "Yes, now and everytime I connect a device" in the Hardware Update Wizard screen. Press Next.
Then Windows will itself search it in Microsoft website and download the Conexant High-Definition Audio Driver and install it.
