My original windows cd of acer Aspire 3634WLMi is damanged and i installed it from new CD but audio driver is not installed. I cant play any music file.

If you have the cd installer of the acer aspire 3000 PC. Insert it to your cdrom drive and the autoplay will execute and load the cd installer. Install only the audio driver so that your hardware will be fix.

In case you do not have the cd installer, you can also download the driver installer from their official website and install the audio driver after downloading or visit this acer support website.

After installing the audio driver but still no sound, download this codec this will play all the multimedia format. Click this link and click the download latest version for mozilla firefox browser click save, for internet explorer after clicking the download latest version click the (To help protect your security) then click download file then click save button. Does this happen only when viewing online audio/video, as opposed to inserting a music-CD into your CD-drive, and using Windows Media Player to play the music?

If so, then how fast is your Internet connection?
It probably is too slow to download and play at the same time.
So, when you click on a YouTube video, click "pause",
and let the download proceed for a minute or two,
and then click "play", to play what has been downloaded.

Does the laptop play CDs?
If so then when you start a DVD and before you play the movie, go into the audio setting and configure the speakers for laptop stereo speakers.
If you cannot hear music from the CD then check :-
1. The audio settings, volume not set to minimum and mute is not ticked (enabled)
2. Device manager - sound device is enabled and working, if not re-install the sound driver.

if you are sure that you have the recomended minimal requirements on your laptop for the game you are trying to play and you are getting that error message, run windows updates and then download the most current drivers for your video card and install them. i/run operatin disk take prompt comman and type chkdsk/rr 2-3 times it can be repair your system 2/ repair by operating disk if not work by two methode reinstal operating system.

try to uninstall audio drivers and restart system. then you must re-install again the original audio drivers.
