After charging my phone after 2hrs it turn off automatically..until now it has no power.what will i do?

Hi,when a phone does not come on, it is either the battery of the phone is dead,
might need to be charge or replaced with another battery.

you can use another battery to test if it is the battery the fault.

The other thing to check is if the phone memory is weak and may need to be restored
back the phone memory.
will need to be flashed.

Take care.

I have a motorola z3, it doesn't charge anymore and cannot communicate with my computer via usb neither as usb mass storage nor with moto pc suite. And I want to reformat it since the performance is slow....

When you plug in the cable to the phone and then to your computer, you should see the green charging Light on the upper portion of your phone, If you do not, Remove the Cable from the phone, then open the Battery compartment, remove the Battery, Examine it for leakage, or damage, if the Battery appears ok, then reseat it in the phone, secure the battery door, and replug in the usb Cable. If the Green light does not come on, try a different USB Jack on your computer. If you have Tried the Wall Charger for your phone and the green light does not come on after following the 1st step listed above, you probably need a new Battery. then you need to contact Motorola at click on Consumer, then Support and send them a request for help on replacing the battery. Let me know if you need further help.. :-)
