my roper is very old and is numbered 3352222. this the only info i have. We took off the back as far as we could, and the water is coming from on top where the water goes into the tub. right behind this is a plastic lip, that is lower than the rest of the lip anound the metal tub. Is this in the wrong position? If it is, how do I turn the tub? thank you!

OPEN WASHER panel and look inside while having the washer taking water , if water leaks under the tub , then its a broken seal , needs to be replaced , if not , check the around the DRAIN MOTOR PUMP , got 2 hoses connected to it , check if it broken or loose , hope this helps AJ

Float switch dripping water onto floor while dishwaser running

You will find that the flood switch will be operating due to the leak, it will most likely be from one of 2 places:
1. Around the door seal, Give it a clean and check for splits/damage, and make sure screws on door hinges are tight.
2. Check the rollers that screw onto the inside of the dishwasher cabinet, The screws on these can come loose and cause water to run down into the base, check they are tight.
Hopefully this helps.

one of the plastic wtaer lines could be cracked, when the ice maker fills the water line could be cracked and leak out when it's filling.also it looks like you have a water dispenser in your machine,go in the back with the bottom panel removed and have someone fill a cup of water and check the lines while it's filling.where does it look like the water is leaking from?is there ice in the bottom of the freezer floor?the drain could be blocked.when the machine goes into defrost if the drain is blocked the water will leak out onto the floor of the freezer and then out onto the floor,if that's ok i'd have to say it will be one of the plastic lines,it gets hot in there, have you been cleaning the condenser coil?that should be vaced out at least once a year, this is how the heat escapes from the machineif the coil is clogged with lint and dust it will run hotter than normal and this also makes the plastic lines brittle.hope this helps and change the water filter every 6 months.

IIt sounds like you need a new fill float assembly. First replsce the shut off valve at the wall if it's broken. The fill valve is easy to vhage. Set shut off point 5/8" from top of overflow drain tube. -Good Luck, Ned-

All of the water came gushing out onto the floor...all hoses attached and in good shape

Nine tine out of ten the fill valve housing is cracked, try filling washer with bucket if no leaks that will prove it, if leaks with bucket fill the problen is probably the water pump or hose's that go to it

Water leaking from bottom of machine onto floor during fill and wash cycle

there are 3 bolts are bottom front compartment, may be taken off with a phillip screwdriver, or it may be a torx. when you take it off, cut your washer on and see where it is leaking, your gasket could be broken, your hoses or pump.

Hose has popped off or loose. Take the back off and watch it fill. You should be able to see where it's coming from.
