Sounds like a problem with the vertical output IC causing the tubes to be blanking as a protective measure, that could have been responsible for the fuse being blown as well if the The other possibilities are shorted capacitor or diode in the vertical deflection circuit.

Have you tried the manufactures web site to decode what the flashing lights may mean? Not knowing the manufacture it could be simply a burned out bulb.

Installed new lamp on my hitachi60v715 no picture or sound

Possible power supply or Lamp Ballast that has instantly blown a fuse.

If no power or lights etc someone has to open and test voltages etc.

If beyond you---have set taken to a shop---a house call is usually a waste of time and money in this situation.

No picture and the power light blinks

A red blinking light could mean that the lamp timer is at it's limit and it is time to change the lamp. You will also have to reset the lamp timer by pushing and holding down 2-3 buttons on the tv or remote. Refer to your user guide for the proper way to reset and or change your lamp.

Toshiba 50H81 Has Power but No picture or Audio

ok i'm goin to need more info about your problem. you stated fuses and didn't say the location numbers of the fuses. Also, have you rechecked your fuses to see if they are all still good? 3 fuses sounds like more then one problem. once you tell us your loc#'s of your fuses, we can look into your problems.

No sound no picture

Does any lights come on led on front of set? Does set make any squealing sound when you press power? If not then open and look at power supply board. This is the board that the cord is attached too. look for open fuse, check 2004, 1000, 1300, 1900, etc. See if fuse blown then look for short in pwr. supply.

No pictures and no sound on Toshiba TW40F80 television

Check soldered-in micro fuses in power supply. Ex.--F851,F852.
If there is a blown fuse, identify which B+ circuit it protects.
Most common - convergence IC's bad===replace.
Need more help? Let me know.....T.
