Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Remove your printer from the PC and uninstall the printer software. make sure there is no other conflicting softwares in the pc specially recently downloaded programs. If so uninstall them too. Now reinstall the printer software and connect the Printer to be detected and installed. Check printer properties to see the ink levels( full- as it is new cartridge)
Now make a test to see if the PC commands the printer. If there is no response, check the head assembly/ ink carriage to be struck or outof alignment. Check for possible realignment of any of these mechanical problems, the ink carriage drive.
If not check the power supply unit for sub voltages to the main board. If all these are fine the main board can be faulty.
