Question about Washing Machines
I'd say its either blocked pump or hose, faulty pump or motor controller, the latter 2 being a bit expensive, most people throw these away if the motor controller fails, cos its expensive!

try removing hte screws from the rear of console and within the console usually is a techsheet with an explanation of hall hte major faults

i have a fisher & paykel top loader washing machine. At the end of the washing cycle the water does not drain out. What can I do will I need to call for a service please advise

There is an issue with your drainage area. Best to remove the pump and check for the obstruction in the line or at the impellar.(If the water is not completely drained, the pressure switch wont send a low level to the timer to allow a spin).
