Question about HP Office Equipment & Supplies
I had same problem. It ended up being a paper jam altho I could never see anything jammed in the paper paths. Perhaps it was a tiny piece of torn paper that I couldn't see. Anyhow, I fixed it by taking a piece of 8.5x11 cardstock and manually pushing it into the paper feed path in between the rollers. It did not go all the way through so I pushed it in and pulled it back out a few times. Apparently it dislodged whatever was causing the jam and the doggone yellow light finally stopped flashing!!! good luck.

The problem maybe your carraiage PCA wont recognised ink..try clean the copper on both parts the ink cartridge and carriage PCA.
