Question about Kenmore 24032\24036 Top Load Washer
Yes it sounds like the drive block has broke or loosened up it keeps the basket centered up and provides the transfer of power in the spin cycle from the transmission to the basket..The drive block is located right under the agitator. their is a jam nut on top of the drive block that needs to be removed, then replace the drive block then reinstall the jam nut and tighten securely reinstall agitator Good Luck
