Your web cam may not be compatible with the Windows operating system and will have to be run in either Windows XP mode or you will have to contact the manufacturers site to update the drivers for your camera. This is done in the device manager. Windows 7 also has a feature that will automatically update the drivers if they are available. If not then you will have to run you camera in the XP or Vista mode.
