Question about i-mate Cell Phones
This problem could be due to software not hardware issue.If its software issue you have to reset the phone.
Please take back up of your phone contacts and phone memory.
Press and hold the hold the Left and Right Soft Keys and at the same time,
use the stylus to press the RESET button at the bottom of your device
You will be presented with a screen saying 'press R to reset, X to exit',
if you press R Your device will be set back to factory default settings.
Note:TheLeft and Right Soft Keys are the "- -" keys just above the start and OK buttons
