Question about Apple iTunes
Download and run "App Cleaner". You can get it from here: http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/system_disk_utilities/appcleaner.html
Find iTunes in your applications folder and drop it on to App Cleaner's window.
Download a new copy of iTunes for Apple, and install it. You can get it form here: http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
That's it. Pretty easy, and seems to work. your music and applications will not be effected.

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
