First of all check your gas connection, the flow to the range. If Ok then there is dirt accumulation to choke the AIR FLOW into the burner. Use a tooth brush with some good degreasing spray to remove the burner, clean off weell so that the seating of the burner to the bottom stem is fitting. if not repeat , use a soft water paper if required to achieve this -- due to constant wearing.
If the gas flow is not establised now then you must clean the regulator jet. Remvoe the regulator, use a good air jet to spray out dirt or crusting and makea clean passage.
Once the gas flow is establised with the burner in place with the work done earlier, you must get a good flame.

It may be overheating due to a clogged vent. moove the vents away from the walls and check they are not blocked. Never try to fix an appliance while it is plugged in.

F-3 signal on Jenn-Air SVE47600, grill-range, self-cleaning convection oven

The F3 means there is something wrong in the sensor circuit, sensor/wiring/clock. F3 Problem: Shorted or open oven temperature sensor (RTD): Solution: Check sensor harness and harness connection between oven sensor and oven control. Replace oven temperature sensor (RTD) if wiring is ok.

Why does the Oven take so long to light?

It sounds like it might be a sticking gas control valve for the oven or the hot surface igniter for the oven might be weak. You will need to turn the oven on and off completely several times until the problem happens. When I say completely I mean turn on the oven control and watch the igniter start to glow. Then when the oven burner comes on(should within a minute) shut of the oven control and wait for the igniter to stop glowing completely and burner to shut off completely. Then repeat the process again. If you try it about 10 times and nothing happens then the problem will be difiicult to identify. If you turn on the oven control and the igniter comes on but the gas burner does not then try giving the gas control valve(located in brolier/storage compartment) a tap with a wrench. If the burner suddenly comes on then the control valve was sticking. Try repeating the shut down/turn on process again. If it does not do it again you may have fixed the problem...if it does you will need to remove the igniter and test it with an ohm meter(should read at least 500 to 800 ohms). If the igniter is testing good and glowing brightly then the gas control valve would be the suspected problem. And remeber to be very careful when doing these testing procedures so you do not hurt yourself.

I have the same problem with the LR, it is on all time and do not go off. What I did was to disconnect the yellow wire from the SF5601 power board terminal P3. Now I can use the other three burner until I got a new board. I don't have the circuit schematic but my diagnostic is that the board integrated output relay contacts are welded together. That is why the burner element is on all the time and or intermittent. THE VERDICT: The solution is to replace the surface power board SF5601
