First of all checkif yourr phone is pressed or set for silent mode. Look for a sign with the speaker cut across on the display. If so the ringer is set for silent.
In this case open menu- settings- sound/tones and select normal mode.
however if the settigns are correct , then the ringer is faulty. remove and check, check the connections if ringer test Ok. if not the fault can be failrue of the tone/ringer amp IC.

Hi, I have Nokia E72. Suddenly since morning I am not hearing any sound from Phone like incoming call alert, message alert. Even while playing any media, I am not able to hear any sound. Thanks in...

try changing the profile. in settings you will be able to change the profile,, change it to general or out door and check whether any sound is coming for calls? if not, try increasing the volume in profiles, you can do it so by selecting personalise profile!

Hi,
Please make sure your outgoing and incoming calls are not barred.
go to settings
go to call settings
go to call barring
and check the status of your outgoing and incoming calls.
There is also a line 1 and line 2 facility. Make sure you are using Line 1

Hope the above is helpful.

Thanks,
Kanu
