Anywhere from 515 to 2500 usd ed tv lcd screens cost about 515 each and the larger screens cost anywhere from 1500 to 2500 usd. you own a large paper weight, sorry the best thing you can do is offer it up on ebay for parts.

The no BS answer would be that's it's going to cost you marginally less than the TV did originally. I can't give you an exact price as it depends on which panel is in the TV and whether you intend to replace it yourself or have it professionally repaired. Philips 52" LCDs range from maybe US$800 to $2000, so it really depends on which model you have.
If you want to post back with those details I can get a more accurate price for you.
Cracked screens aren't covered by the warranty, but there are several options available to you:
1. Try to claim on your insurance if you have accidental damage cover included in your policy or pay extra for it. 2. Replace the TV and sell the other one off for parts. This will probably save you a few hundred dollars on the price of just buying the screen. It's fairly easy to sell them on eBay. 3. Buy a used panel or faulty TV from the same or similar model. Again, eBay is a good source for these and will save you a fair bit.
I'd suggest insurance is the best option here if you can take that route, I'm more than happy to look into the price of a brand new screen for you and also investigate the costs of options 2 and 3 but I will need to know the model number to do so.
unfortunately there is no price to repair the issue you have. broken display on a plasma pretty much means the end of the tv. to take on that repair would generally exceed the value of the tv, plus when a plasma cracks like that there is always more internal damage to the panel itself. you're better off parting out the boards indivdually for money as they are most likely fully functional.
Buy a new tv.The tv u have now,the LCD screen panel it internal screen membrain is broken. The tv,u have now, dosen't worth a whole tv anymore.Tv only now, worth as only as a salvages tv for it electronic boards for parts, that it.The LCD screens panels are 90% important to the LCD tvs, when, that damages or broken. The tvs doesn't worth it to replaced it LCD or Plasma screens, because tvs screens panels are limited produced by the tvs industries,u will not able to buy it anywhere, but the tvs industries themselves. They'll sell it to u,but the same priced as a new tv.
theres no fix if the screen is cracked but your in luck i found one you might be able to buy and fix your set it is very expensive if you buy it at a electronic parts store over 1000$ for a replacement sharp panel.
heres a real cheap price brand new screen replacement 42 inch sharp same model you need you will need to have a service tech exchange it for you i am looking for a screen and i havent been so lucky finding the right one this may be your chance like i said they cost over 1000$ just this panel.
It is possible to fix but unfortunately the whole lcd panel is one unit so if it is on the inside or outside the whole thing will have to be replaced. The cost on such a thing is right around 3/4 of the price of the tv.
