Soak the cloudy glass ware in white vinegar for at least 5 minutes. If you can remove it, it could be hard water. You need to adjust your detergent amount. Have you changed detergents ? If so use a high quality brand.
If vinegar doesn't remove the smears, it is probably etching that is caused by hard water, too hot water or prerinsing
