Question about Gateway GT5220 PC Desktop
Look for a tiny hole in the front of your DVD tray. With the PC off, use an opened paper clip and press in the hole until the tray opens.
Power on your PC and see if the tray now mechanically works.
Be certain that your DVD is present in Device Manager (in Control Panel).
If present and still does not work, replace your DVD drive.
Hope this helps.
