Is it possible to download a user manuel for a vacuum? I purchased mine out of the box.

It should bring up a bunch of options- look for one that says download here- make sure you have a PDF reader (IE ADOBE) you can download it and print it out for reference

Go to http://www.bissell.com/powerforce-bagless-vacuum/. On the right side of the page, under "Downloadable Documents", click on "User Guide - English". This will open a manual, or download if you prefer.

Try removing the brush cartridge from the steamcleaner, and then put the end of a flat screwdriver into the square hole in which the cartridge connects to. Spin the screwdriver clockwise or counterclockwise if possible; if you can't, keep trying. Mine became jammed-up somehow, but doing this solved the problem and now the brushes spin again.
