Toshiba Satellite A100 VA1 system unit model# PSAAKC - VA104C

Hi,

I've got some kind of power problem with my A100. Power cord plugged in, but no charging(it means the power of the battery is zero, but charging light is on.) Also, the little charging icon on left corner is not moving.If i pull the battery out for couple of seconds and push it back, the charging icon start moving for 10 sec and stops.I did some investiagations to resolve the problem and found out that, maybe the charging control chip is gone.My question is how could I get that chip and install it?Or maybe there is any other way to fix this problem?Thanks
